We have had the idea of being associated with the food industry even before Scoopi was introduced to the world. I and my brother, have always been very passionate about bringing a certain kind of newness to everything we do. Making ice cream out of liquid Nitrogen was that ‘newness’ for us.
It’s amazing how sometimes the idea that will change your life comes to you at times when you never thought was possible. For us, this was “that idea” and ever since that, we did not stop thinking about it. It took us three months to learn the process and few followed in search of perfection. In the following year, we launched our first branch of Scoopi in Dubai. The journey was full of ups and downs but finally, we did get what we wanted to achieve.
Today, six years later we are proud owners of three cafes and one of the top 10 most expensive ice creams in the world. We are expanding and learning each day. We love what we do and are passionate about making ice-creams and handcrafted chocolate.
We as a team always strive for success and bringing the best for our customers. We are growing and want to expand in different countries by bringing a scoop of happiness wherever we go!
